The owner of this beautiful Victorian terrace house was eager for a comprehensive renovation.

 

The property was deemed non-functional, outdated, and lacked conformity to modern standards.

 

The client expressed the desire for a functional kitchen with ample cupboard space, as well as an area design to hosting family and friends.

ShazaDesign devised innovative solutions to optimize the space's utility to its fullest potential.

 

The studio conceptualized a spacious utility area and downstairs toilet, alongside a family bathroom and a master bedroom featuring a walk-in wardrobe on the first floor level.

 

Additionally, two supplementary bedrooms were created on the top level.
