Partial double, partial single storey rear extension

This modern detached house, despite its ample size and numerous rooms, lacked a suitable area for the entire family to gather and share meals together.

Upon being engaged by the clients, ShazaDesign was tasked with expanding the existing kitchen space and integrating it with the dining area.

Through strategic design, we created an opening that facilitated the connection of the enlarged sitting area with the combined dining and kitchen space.

Additionally, ShazaDesign implemented large glazed openings to invite ample natural light indoors, allowing all family members to relish the splendid views of the garden.

Furthermore, a first-floor extension was incorporated to accommodate the creation of his and hers walk-in wardrobes, along with a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with four fixtures.
