Single storey rear and side extension and a loft conversion

ShazaDesign was tasked with obtaining planning permission for the expansion of this mock Tudor semi-detached house.

The client requested rear and side extensions, as well as a loft conversion.

The client emphasized the importance of retaining the side passage that connects the front of the house to the back patio area. Additionally, they sought the inclusion of a separate storage area, utility room, cloakroom, and a new WC.

ShazaDesign devised a comprehensive new layout for the ground floor that caters to all of the client's requirements.

 

Planning permission was successfully obtained for the loft conversion, wherein the client desired a spacious office with an en-suite bathroom and picturesque views of the garden and adjacent park.
