Single storey rear extension and loft conversion

This residential project was undertaken in two seperate phases.

 

Initially, our clients engaged ShazaDesign to draft plans and facilitate the application process for a single-story extension. Subsequently, they opted to proceed with a loft conversion.

The ground floor extension was executed under the prior approval scheme, with neighboring consent obtained for a 4.5-meter extension depth, accommodating the installation of a new kitchen.

ShazaDesign effectively secured a Lawful Development Certificate for the loft conversion. This conversion resulted in the creation of two bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bathroom, tailored to suit the requirements of our clients' children.
